From the Cercado del Pino and Los Realejos vineyards, this wine is crafted by pressing whole grape clusters and fermenting directly in barrels without racking. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred to 54-liter demijohns to undergo malolactic fermentation and is then aged for about 6 months before bottling. Limited production of just 300 bottles.
